Hiking at Payson Lake

We were getting ready to go see the lights at Temple Square. It was about 5:00 and he hadn't had a nap all day. I just figured he'd take one on the drive up there. He was too tired to wait for the drive... he was even too tired to make it all the way on to the couch.

Here he was watching TV when he passed out.

Cyras 1st sleepover

Over the weekend Cyra had her very best friend over for a sleepover. It was such a fun thing for her to get to do, she is already asking when she can do it again.

They were so cute, at 6:00 we were getting the bed ready and they were both begging to go to sleep. Here they are pretending to be sleeping.

After that they found some lipstick. The rest of the evening was spent getting ready for the "ball". They were in the bathroom putting the lipstick on for 30minutes straight.

Look at those beautiful lips!

You can't have a "ball" without a handsome prince... with lipstick on!

and of course, a sleepover is not a sleepover without some silliness going on.

Happy Birthday Aunt Cyndi!

It was Cyndi's Birthday Friday. We had a nice relaxing party over at her place Sunday, after church. Cyndi with her FRUIT PIZZA "cake"

Okay... the next few pictures are Jace and Cyndi making faces for the camera. Jace would copy whatever Cyndi would do.

This is when Cyra noticed the camera was out and decide SHE needed to get in on this action.

Happy Mothers Day!

We had a great mothers day yesterday. After church we had a bbq over here, with lots of GOOD food! (BBQ'd Beef ribs, BBQ'd chicken, chorizos, baked chicken, homemade rolls, corn on the cob, potato salad, green salad, watermelon and Birthday cake!) Luckily the weather stayed nice enough for us to be outside.

Here is the "fancy"cake Cyndi made for Cyra. She thought that was the BEST! What was even cuter was how proud Milo was that HIS mom baked that "all by herself". Way to go Cyndi!

Since we were all together we took some Mothers day pictures. This was the best shot I could find in the many pictures James took(maybe Chely has something better). It was so funny doing them because it was madness going on around, the kids kept going in front of the camera to show us something, Cyra was back behind grandmas wheel chair trying to get me to help her open one of her presents. We really should of took video instead! So I have to show this picture. I was looking through the pictures last night after everyone left and came across this one. At first glance it reminded me of that segment you see on Sesame Street: Which one of these is NOT like the other...
I am thinking maybe I need to get my hair colored... or maybe I really WAS found in the garbage can all those years ago!
